This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the impugned order dated 13.07.2018 passed in I.A.No.51 of 2015 in A.S.No.82 of 2010 on the file of learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Pudukkottai and to allow the said application.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the same, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
