ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, based on the petitioner's representation dated 30.08.20240

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry is pending in current paper.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the third respondent has given similar complaint in 2023 and the same came to be registered in CSR No.807 of 2023 and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that since there existed money dispute between the parties, they have decided to close the matter. 2/4

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
