This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 140 days in preferring criminal revision against the impugned order, dated 11.12.2024 in Cr.M.P.No.1495 of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Crl.M.P(MD)No.10432 of 2025 2024 by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Tenkasi District.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned on condition to pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court), within two (2) days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
