Learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that eventhough the petitioner died on 13.09.2025, he has been informed by his legal representatives that the petitioner has received the retirement benefits while he was alive. 2.Since the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has been achieved, in view of the fact that the petitioner has received the retirement benefits, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
