This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.20 of 2020 registered on the file of the first respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that final report was filed as early as on 26.06.2021 before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvidaimaruthur. However, it is yet to be taken on file. The jurisdictional Magistrate is directed to take a call in the matter within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly. Registry is directed to mark a copy of this order to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvidaimaruthur.
