PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st to 3rd respondents to restore the channel which existed on the northern boundary of the land in Survey No.197/1A of 4th respondent so as to enable the petitioner's land to take water from the well in Survey No.201/4 at Thirumalapuram Village, Kadayanallur Taluk, Tenkasi District, as per the sale deed in Doc.No.671 of 1995, dated 19.04.1995, on the file of the Sub Registrar Office, Veerasigamani, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 12.05.2025, within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to restore the channel which existed on the northern boundary of the land in Survey No.197/1A of 4th respondent so as to enable the petitioner's land to take water from the well in Survey No.201/4 at Thirumalapuram Village, Kadayanallur Taluk, Tenkasi District, as per the sale deed in Doc.No.671 of 1995, dated 19.04.1995, on the file of the Sub Registrar Office, Veerasigamani, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 12.05.2025, within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 12.05.2025, based on the revenue records and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
