The petitioner/ the mother-in-law of the third respondent has approached this Court that the respondent police is harassing her under the guise of an enquiry.

2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.Mr.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that the third respondent has lodged a complaint as against this petitioner before the respondent police on 22.06.2025 that after the death of her husband, the petitioner has taken her child. The complaint of R3 was enquired as a petition enquiry in CSR No.410 of 2025. In the meantime, the third respondent has filed Habeas Corpus Petition before this Court in WP(MD) No.942 of 2025, wherein, this petitioner has produced the child of the third respondent and therefore, the habeas corpus petition was closed. Since the HCP proceedings has been closed by this Court, the respondent police has also closed the complaint in CSR No.410 of 2025 on 26.07.2025.
