ORDER

None appears for the writ petitioner.

2. I went through the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. What is under challenge is the notice calling upon the petitioner to handover possession of the petition mentioned premises.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submits that the possession was taken from the petitioner and thereafter public auction was held and the petitioner was given license again. The petitioner was in possession till 2022. Thereafter, the local body has taken over possession for the purpose of carrying out the repair works. In view of the said development, nothing survives for further adjudication. 2/4
