ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) When the petitioner's minor daughter, aged about 17 years, had gone missing, her complaint came to be registered in Crime No.395 of 2023 under the caption, 'girl missing'. In this background, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter was called, the second respondent had secured the petitioner's daughter and produced her before us. The minor girl stated that she intends to live with the petitioner and continue her college education. She had also given a statement in this connection to the second respondent police on 27.09.2023. In view of this development, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this petition stands closed.
