ORDER

The petitioner has lodged a complaint before the 3rd respondent and also filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the 1st and 3rd respondents to take necessary action, by considering her representation dated 24.07.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner's complaint was treated as petition enquiry in CSR No.118 of 2025 and during the enquiry, they found that the petitioner has lodged a complaint in order to cover up the case, which is faced by her as accused No.2 in Crime No.180 of 2025 for the offence under Section 351(3) of BNS r/w. Section 4 of WH Act and Section 4 of Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act, 2003. According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is collecting exorbitant interest and also harassing one Kaleeswari and her husband Anbazhagan. On the complaint of Kaleeswari, the case in Crime No.180 of 2025 was registered as against the petitioner and others. Therefore, the petitioner's complaint was closed. 2/4

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling her to workout her remedy in the manner known to law. 22.08.2025 ogy NCC : Yes / No.
