ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to array the driver of Mini bus and Mini Bus having registration No. TN 74 Y 2932 in the case in crime No.197 of 2019 on the basis of complaint given by the petitioner to the first respondent dated 29.06.2019

2. It is seen that the First Information Report was registered in Crime No.197 of 2017 without mentioning the name of the accused, since at the time of occurrence no clue about the driver the bus who committed accident. Now the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that one particular person drove the vehicle and caused accident.

3.Considering the above facts, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the request made by the petitioner and complete the investigation and file final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
