ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Principal District Court, Pudukkottai to dispose the case in O.S.No.89 of 2020 within the time to be fixed by this Court.

2.Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3.The respondents 1 to 4 filed a suit in O.S.No.89 of 2020 for partition as against the petitioner and other defendants.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit filed by the respondents 1 to 4 for partition is pending for the past four years without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit. 5.Considering the limited request of the petitioner, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.89 of 2020 within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
