This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.02.2015 and to survey and demarcate the petitioner's property situated in S.No.501/2 Patta No.470, Salvarpatti Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District,

Considering the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition and that the representation has been made as early as, in the year 2015, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the second respondent herein, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such representation, the second respondent shall pass appropriate orders, after affording a reasonable opportunity to the

petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

3.With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
