2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the reasons assigned by the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Nagercoil, this Court is inclined to extend the time as requested by the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Nagercoil, by four months and accordingly, it is extended by four months from the date of receipt of communication of this order from the Registry.
