This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Declaration, declaring the action of the respondents in denying employment to the petitioner in the post of Helper as illegal and arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently to direct the respondents to restore/reinstate him in service in the post of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.14122 of 2018 Helper with continuity of service, backwages and all other attendant benefits payable from the date of disengagement. 2.Today, when the writ petition was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned standing counsel for the respondents would state that the prayer in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
