To issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS or any other writ or order or direction in the nature of a writ calling for the records pertaining to proceedings of the fifth respondent in Na.Ka.No.297/2020/A1 dated 14/12/2020 and Na.Ka.No.279/2020/A1 dated 18/12/2020 and consequential enquiry report of the sixth respondent dated 13/09/2021 and quash the same and direct the fifth respondent to confer all the consequential benefits and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
