PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent No.1 and 2 from forbearing the Respondent No.3 from interfering in the administration of the Petitioner's School and transferring the 9th and 10th Students from the Petitioner's School to some other school in violation of the Article 30(1) of the Constitution of India. ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 from forbearing the 3rd respondent from interfering in the administration of the petitioner's school.

2. When the writ petition was filed in the year 2015, the school was under direct payment system. Thereafter, the said order has been revoked and the management is running the administration of the school as of now.

3. In view of the subsequent events, the official respondents are not interfering in the administration of the school, except as per the provisions of the Private School Regulation Act.

4. In view of the above said facts, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 30.11.2022 Index :
