The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents made a submission that the writ petitioner simultaneously filed a petition before the Labour Court claiming permanent absorption and the said petition was dismissed on the ground that the writ petitioner has not completed 240 days of service. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Under these circumstances, the present writ petition

filed for a direction to the respondents to restore the writ petitioner in service as Junior Assistant (daily wages) in the respondent / Transport Corporation cannot be considered at all. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
