ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.09.2019 to appoint the petitioner as permanent employee in the Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation.

2.Mr.Rajakarthikeyan, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.According to the petitioner, he was appointed as Seasonal Watchman in Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation Limited, by the order of the second respondent dated 23.03.2018 and was posted at Ayakudi, Dindigul District as Seasonal Worker (Watchman) for Karif Marketing Season KMS 2017-2018. The petitioner was relieved from the work on 22.05.2018, as there was no inflow of cultivated paddy and the closure of direct paddy cultivation stations for that period. Again, the petitioner was appointed as Seasonal Worker (Watchman), by the order dated 28.02.2019 and posted at Shithayankottai, Dindigul District and relieved from the work on 14.05.2019. W.P.(MD)No.21421/2019 proceedings are initiated. The petitioner made a representation to the respondents on 09.09.2019, to appoint him as permanent employee. However, till date, the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come out with the present Writ Petition. 4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record carefully.

5.The petitioner was appointed as Seasonal Worker (Watchman) on temporary basis from 23.03.2018 to 22.05.2018. After that period, he was disengaged. Subsequently, for next season, he was engaged from 28.02.2019 to 14.05.2019 and after that he was disengaged. In the appointment order itself, it is made clear that the petitioner is appointed as Seasonal Worker (Watchman) on temporary basis and he is not entitled to claim any right. 6.In view of the above, the petitioner is not entitled for the relief sought for. In the result, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
