ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The panchayat building appears to have come up on a water body. The first respondent has taken exception to the construction. That led to filing of this writ petition.

3. The construction of the building had been completed eight years ago and the panchayat building is there as on date. Since it is serving public purpose, I do not want to interfere. It is made clear that the rest of the water body shall be maintained as such without any further construction is being allowed.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 02.08.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No rmi 2/4
