ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.715 of 2024, dated 26.06.2024, on the file of the first respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 427, 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the matter has already been settled between the parties, since they belong to the same village and they have also filed a compromise memo.
3.This Court enquired the victim as well as the accused, who appeared in person before this case. The defacto complainant has stated that they belong to the same village and compromise arrived between the parties, thereby he has no objection to quash the proceedings as against the petitioners. 2/4
4.Considering the above said compromise memo filed by the petitioners and also considering the nature of offence, this Court is inclined to quash the proceedings in Crime No.715 of 2024 for the offences under Sections 448, 427, 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC.
