2.The petitioner in his representation dated 16.02.2015 has set out his grievances against the named respondents herein. Ofcourse, the named respondents have not been served. W.P.(MD)No.3742 of 2015 3.The first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.02.2015 on merits and in accordance with law and pass final orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ofcourse, before passing any order, the first respondent will put the concerned officials on notice.

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of on these terms. No costs.
