O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus directing the Tahsildar, the third respondent to implement the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer, dated 27.11.2015.

2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the name of one Ammakannu has been wrongly entered in the petitioner's patta No.1003, who is no way connected with the subject property. He has filed an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer and the Revenue Divisional Officer after conducting an enquiry passed an order in favour of this petitioner in the year 2015, with a direction to delete the name of the said Ammakannu. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after the orders of the Revenue Divisional Officer in the year 2015, the corrections have not been carried out by the Tahsildar. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3.Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, on written instructions, which she has received from the Tahsildar, Karaikudi submits that the petitioner has obtained the order 2/4

from the Revenue Divisional Officer in the year 2015, by suppressing certain material facts and it needs to be verified. After conducting an enquiry, a detailed report has been submitted before the Revenue Divisional Officer for recalling the earlier order dated 27.11.2015 and the same is under process. 4.In view of the submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader, this Court is not inclined to issue any further directions in this writ petition. However, the authorities concerned shall take a decision within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
