PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, Mandamus, directing the respondents No. 1 and 2 to survey and mark four boundaries of the petitioner's house land property with an extent of 3 Cents which is situated in Plot No. 76, Survey No. 207/2B, South (*)Kuruvikulam village, South Kuruvikulam Panchayat,Thiruvengadam Taluk, Tenkasi District based on the petitioner application dated 05.06.2023 and subsequent representation dated 28.07.2023 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

The petitioner has submitted an application on 05.06.2023 to conduct a 1/3

survey in the petitioner's land and has filed this writ petition that his application has not been considered.

2.Mr.M.Sarangan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents on instructions submits that when the respondents attempted to survey the petitioner's land, the Panchayat President of Kalappakulam Village has raised certain objections and therefore, the survey could not be processed.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to conduct an enquiry under Section 10 of Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act, in the event, if there is any objections, and based on the enquiry report, survey shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
