Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to survey the land in Survey No.1553/4 which is extent about 1 acre 90 cents and in Survey No.1553/1D which is extent of 0.1.25 hectares, located in D.Edayapatti East Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2023 within the stipulated time fixed by this Court. ORDER

The petitioner has submitted an application dated 10.07.2023 to the respondents 1 and 2 requesting them to survey his land in Survey Nos.1553/4 and 1553/1D situated at D.Edayapatti East Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District. Since there was no action on the said application, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 2/4

2. Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2, submits that the petitioner's application is under consideration on seniority basis and survey would be conducted within a reasonable time.

3. In view of the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to conclude the process of survey, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
