ORDER

This writ petition has been filed directing the respondents 1 and 2 to afford sufficient police protection to the petitioner and other members of the Sabai to offer prayer in the Church of Jehovah Ikkiysabai at V-6-84, Varavunnivilai, Cheruthikonam, Kulasekaram Post, Kanyakumari District.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2.

W.P.(MD)No.21626 of 2019 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.08.2019, seeking permission to offer prayer in the Church of Jehovah Ikkiysabai at V-6-84, Varavunnivilai, Cheruthikonam, Kulasekaram Post, Kanyakumari District, after issuing notice to the third respondent herein and also giving an opportunity of hearing to the third respondent and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
