ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the second respondent to disburse the victim compensation amount of Rs.15,00,000/- to the daughter of the petitioner. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2, on instructions, would submit that the victim compensation was paid to the petitioner on 09.11.2022 itself to the tune of Rs.15,00,000/-.

4. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
