ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 21/08/2023, and direct the Debts Recovery Tribunal to dispose the SARFASI Application in SA No.86 of 2023 with in a period of four weeks, and the requisition letter dated 04.12.2023 submitted by the Presiding Officer (I/C)Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai this Court made the following order:

(Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR,J.,) By letter dated 04.12.2023, addressed to the Registrar (Writs), the Presiding Officer (I/c), Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai has requested further time of four months to dispose of the case in S.A.No.86 of 2023.

Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended for a further period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court, dated 21.08.2023.
