ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 143, 188, 353, 506(i), 379 of IPC, r/w 4(1) (1A), 21(1) of Mines and Minerals Development and Regulation Act 1957, in Crime No.66 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that based on the secret information, the respondent police conducted an inspection and found that the petitioners and other accused have illegally transported odai sand in seven tractors. Hence, the compliant. 3.This is the third anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioners and the earlier petition filed by the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)Nos.6425 and 10468 of 2021 were dismissed on 21.05.2021 and 10.08.2021 after elaborately considering the points raised by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL OP(MD). No.19735 of 2021 the petitioners.
4.Since the dismissal of the earlier petition, there is no change in circumstances in the case to consider the present petition. Hence this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
