ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This anticipatory bail petition has been filed by the petitioner against the Crime No., which is not known. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that no case has been registered against the petitioner and based on the complaint given by one Vinitha, enquiry is pending in CSR No.87 of 2021, against three persons, including this petitioner and during the course of enquiry, there was compromise made between the parties. Based upon which, statement was also given by the father of defacto complainant, on that basis, it was closed on 23.06.2021. 3.Recording the above said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
