2. Instant Writ Petition is for mandamus qua an application / proposal re-submitted by the petitioner on 21.06.2019.

3. Today, learned State counsel submits that the application / proposal has since been rejected and a copy of the rejection has been duly served on the writ petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that writ petitioner's rights to assail the said order of rejection on all available grounds including grounds raised in the instant writ petition may please be preserved.

5. This request is acceded. A copy of the order of rejection has been handed over by the learned State counsel to the learned counsel for writ petitioner today in Court.
