ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 465, 468, 471 and 420, 120B IPC in Cr.No.3 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police and the learned counsel for the intervenor and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the fact that the earlier dismissals were by different learned judges of this Court, it can be seen that on three occasions, the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner has been dismissed by considering the same on merits. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has even appeared even prior to the dismissal of the anticipatory bail application before the respondent and he will cooperate for the enquiry. He requests the Court to consider the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. When already the prayer of the petitioner has been considered and dismissed on merits, I do not see any change of circumstances now to entertain the anticipatory 2/3

bail application of the petitioner. I find no merits in this petition.
