ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and direct him not to interfere in civil dispute, based on his representation dated 12.08.2024.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that there existed landlord and tenant dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent and that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, CSR No.223 of 2024 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed.
3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
