Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents and the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the private respondents.
2. Thiru.S.S.Shanmugavel and Thiru.S.S.Thangavel are brothers. The petition mentioned properties belonged to Thiru.S.Subramaniam, who was the father of S.S.Shanmugavel and S.S.Thangavel. Priyadarshini is the daughter of S.S.Shanmugavel and niece of S.S.Thangavel.
Priyadarshini and S.S.Shanmugavel moved the Tahsildar, Palani and got their names entered in the revenue record. Aggrieved by the same, S.S.Thangavel filed revision before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Palani and got the order set aside. Challenging the same, the present writ petitions have been filed.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the private respondents that the issue has been amicably resolved in the meanwhile and settled out of Court. 4/6
