ORDER:- This Criminal Original petition coming up for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this court and the requsition letter submitted by the Additional Sessions judge, Additional Sessions court, (FTMC), Karur, and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.S.Ravi, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.S.Chandrasekar Additional Public Prosecutor For Respondent No.1, this Court made the following order:
The Additional Sessions Judge, Additional Sessions Court, (FTMC), Karur, has sent a letter requesting extension of a further time to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No.08 of 2018, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 06.11.2019.

3. The reasons stated in the letter dated 13.02.2020 is accepted and a further period of fifteen days time is granted, to comply with the direction of this Court, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
