This criminal original petition has been filed seeking quashment of the First Information Report in Crime No.13 of 2019, for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 465, 468 and 471 of IPC on the file of 1st respondent.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate would submit that charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dindigul and has taken cognizance in C.C.No.331 of 2021.
