This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant permission and give production to conduct Vinayagar Chathurthi Festival at Villaniyapuram, Aundipatti Taluk, Theni District from 07.09.2024 to 09.09.2024 based on his representation, dated 29.08.2024.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the representation, dated 29.08.2024 given by the petitioner is pending before the third respondent. 4.Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 29.08.2024 and pass orders within two days from today.
