ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 & A2, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 30.05.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 307 & 302 of IPC @ 307, 302, 114 & 34 of IPC, in Crime No.166 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is the wife of the deceased. When the deceased and others were sitting in the Government Hospital, Thiruchuli, the petitioner and other accused are said to have assaulted the deceased with aruval on his neck and murdered him. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard both sides

4. Considering the nature of the allegations that the occurrence happened inside of the government hospital and even though this court has granted bail to the accused No.3 by considering the fact that he did not have any bad antecedents, these petitioners having bad antecedents, and the stage of the case being in the committal stage, for the present, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
