Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No. AT7/53884/ 2011 dated 12.03.2014 as confirmed by the 1st respondent in Se.Mu.AA.No. AT2/21134/2014 dated 16.02.2015 quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to include the name of the petitioner for the post of Assistant Manager in SI.No.10 of the Panel drawn by the 1st respondent in Proc.No. AE7/ 60437/2014 dated 26.11.2014 as per his seniority fix the revised pay and increments pay the arrears of increment and all other monetary benefits accrued to his service with effect from 2013 within a reasonable time as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
