2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the official respondents.

3.Without going into the merits of the case, the fifth respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 09.09.2019, after issuance of notice to the sixth respondent and after giving an opportunity of hearing to both parties, pass order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
