Seeking quashment of the First Information Report in Crime No.354 of 2025, on the file of the first respondent police, the petitioner has approached this Court.

2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the first respondent submits that the investigation in Crime No. 354 of 2025 has already been completed and final report has also been filed as against the petitioner before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thanjavur, through e-filing, on 01.08.2025. 3.Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law. Mere filing of final report is not sufficient and it is the responsibility of the respondent police to ensure that the final report is filed without any defects and taken on file by the concerned Court within a period of two weeks. It is also the responsibility of the concerned Courts to take the 2/4
