This criminal original petition has been filed to forebear the respondent police from harassing the petitioner. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) clarified that a complaint was received against the petitioner's husband and not against the petitioner. The subject matter of the complaint pertains to encroachment of a pathway. The complaint was enquired into and closed. As on date, there is no complaint pending against the petitioner or her husband.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
