ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's objection to issue No objection Certificate to construct a building in Survey No.208/1, Vepillaipatti Village, Sattur Taluk, Virudhunagar District, in light of his representation dated 18.05.2023.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 would submit that, in the present case, based on the representation submitted by the petitioner, enquiry has already been started and the same is on-going.

3. Such being the case, there is no necessity to issue a mandamus to the official respondents for disposal of the representation of the petitioner. 2/4

Recording the submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
