The learned Counsel for the writ petitioner made a submission that the writ petition is filed challenging the order of suspension issued during the eve of his retirement. However, the order of suspension was revoked and further actions were dropped by the Government in G.O.(2D)No.352, Home (Transport - II) Department dated 29.11.2017.
