O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2, to approve the appointment of the petitioner as Assistant Professor in Tamil, in the 3rd respondent College, with effect from 01.07.1998.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and2 brought to the notice of this Court that the appointment of the Writ Petitioner was approved with effect from 20.06.2005.

3. In view of the fact that the appointment of the writ petitioner had already been approved, he is at liberty to approach the higher Authority, if any grievance exists, regarding any other issues.
