ORDER
The petitioner has approached this Court to quash the FIR registered against her in Crime No.465 of 2024 on the file of the 1st respondent.
2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel reports that they have returned the papers to the petitioner. However, they have not filed any memo to that effect.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that after completion of investigation, the final report has already been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai and it is taken on file in CC.No.114 of 2025. 4.Though it is reported that the petitioner has received back the papers, there is no representation on her behalf. Therefore, recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the final report has already been filed and taken on file by the Court 2/4
concerned, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law.
