[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] Prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 2 to 4 to initiate action against the unauthorized construction of commercial building by the fifth respondent in Plot Nos.82 and 83 in S.No.120/1D, situated at Akilandeswari Nagar, Varagneri New Township, Ariyamangalam Circle, Tiruchirappalli, based on the petitioners' representation dated 22.01.2018.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent, on instructions, submitted that there is no unauthorized construction of commercial building in the subject land, as alleged by the petitioners.
