This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to give protection to the petitioner and his family members for their life and to repair the asbestos sheet, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11035 of 2018 which was put up on the North Eastern side of the petitioner's property in Survey No.257/3 at Thuvarankurichi, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District.

2.It is seen that the petitioner as well as the counter part namely the respondent Nos.4 to 6 lodged a complaint. In both complaint FIR have been registered and after completing the investigation, final report have been filed. Further, it is also seen that the respondent Nos.4 to 6 filed a suit and it is pending before the learned District Munsif Court, Manapparai in O.S.No.64 of 2017. Therefore, police protection cannot be granted now. 3.Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Civil Court for appropriate relief.

Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
