PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 12.01.2018 and further reminders through email and letter and the representation dated 25.05.2018 and pass orders For Petitioner : Mr.Thiagarajan Senior Counsel for Mr.V.Muthumani For R1 : Mr.N.Dilip Kumar

ORDER

The present writ petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 12.01.2018 and further reminders sent through email and the representation dated 25.05.2018.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing on 22.10.2019 Mr.N.Dilipkumar, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner has not filed any appeal. On the other hand, the petitioner has given representation dated 12.01.2018 to the first respondent and the said representation was considered by the first respondent and a reply was communicated to the petitioner on 14.05.2018 and no appeal is pending before the first respondent.

3. Thereafter, at request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition was adjourned to today i.e., on 05.11.2019.

4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent referred the order dated 14.05.2018 and submitted that the representation of the petitioner was considered and rejected.

5. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order dated 14.05.2018.
