O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.] This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 12.03.2024, made in W.P.(MD) No.5865 of 2024.

2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent has produced a copy of the proceedings dated 28.06.2024, stating that the petition mentioned property belongs to the Tamil Nadu Housing Board and they issued notice to both the petitioner and the contesting respondents and neither the petitioner nor the private respondents appeared for the enquiry and on field verification, it was found that a concrete building (RCC) was put up in the petition mentioned property. However, as against the action taken therein, the contesting respondents have filed a writ petition in W.P.(MD) No.23079 of 2024, wherein an order of interim stay has been granted.

3. In view of the above, we find that action has been taken by the respondent pursuant to the directions issued by this Court in the writ petition in W.P.(MD) No.5865 of 2024. Hence, this contempt petition is closed. [T.K.R., J.] [R.V., J.] 04.12.2024 NCC :
